I'm a journalist, trendwatcher and all-around marketing communication specialist. I started my career as a journalist and have never lost that urge to look for the up and coming trends, always kept that curiousity and interest in that which motivates us. My motto in life is 'Inspiration leads to the greatest stories'. Keeping up to date with the design, art and marketing developments is something I do daily. My academic studies include: Journalism & Communication (BA), English Language and Culture (BA). I also graduated within the Master program Gender Studies (University of Utrecht). My hometown is Utrecht.

Ik begon mijn loopbaan als journalist en verloor gelukkig nooit die 'drive' in het zoeken naar de 'up and coming' trends. Mijn levensmotto: 'Inspiration leads to the greatest stories'| Inspiratie leidt naar de mooiste verhalen. Ik ben gek op het bijhouden van de ontwikkelingen in de internationale journalistiek, design, kunst en marketing. Utrecht (The Netherlands) - This is my online 'diary' so to speak. Over the years I have created all sorts of journalistic and marketing and communication material. Experienced in online and offline marketing and communication project management B2B-B2C-B2G : PR, website design and management - SEO-SEA, analytics, CMS - content management, corporate design, concept design, campaigns, media relations, exhibition presentations, brochures, magazines. I define myself as an all-around creative marketingcommunication professional with a great passion for the digital world. My projects have had a national and/or international focus and I have worked in various industries: from the health industry to the automotive industry and the international design. Keeping up to date with the design, art and marketingcommunication trends is something I love and do daily. I do this because these segments influence one another and overlap, but most of all: they inspire me and I want to share that inspiration. My academic studies include: Journalism & Communication (BA), English Language and Culture (BA). I also graduated within the Master program Gender Studies (University of Utrecht). I translate Dutch-English English-Dutch. I recently started learning Danish and Swedish. My favorite Swedish words so far: inte för mig, men för dig (not for me but for you) and when it comes to Danish: det går godt (it is going well). Love graphic design, illustrating and painting. Experienced in conference speaking and seminars.
